Since its establishment in 2002, it has gone through more than 10 years of stormy history. Haining Apachi New Material Co., Ltd. formerly known as Haining Delilong Knitting Co., Ltd., is a company that has developed from a family-owned enterprise up to the present day in Haining City. The unity and hard work of all the employees contribute a lot, and they are making more progress. 

Family-owned enterprises rely on their bosses to standardize their businesses relying on the system and the company's long-term development depends on corporate culture. In the early days of entrepreneurship, it was the struggle of a few families. Apachi today is based on corporate culture which is reflected in the aspects of solidarity, cooperation, loyalty, dedication, perseverance, learning, excellence, continuous innovation, self-surpass, quality.

In the 21st century, I believe that talent and corporate culture is the core how Apachi maintains its competitive advantage and how it has become a leading company in the industry. The objects of corporate culture are people. Therefore,the corporate culture is key point.
